EULA

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and LZI AUDIO, established in Belgium ("Licensor"), for use of the audio software product purchased, including MIST VST and any other LZI AUDIO software products (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

LZI AUDIO grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual (lifetime) license to: • Install and use the Software on up to two (2) personal computers owned or controlled by you • Use the Software for personal and commercial music production, including the creation, distribution, and sale of musical compositions, sound recordings, and audio-visual works

Your license is perpetual — it does not expire and does not require ongoing subscription fees. All future updates to the same Software product (including bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features released under the same product version line) are included at no additional cost. Updates will be made available for download on lzift.xyz. When a new version is released, you may download it directly from our website and activate it using your existing license key — no new purchase required. LZI AUDIO reserves the right to release a new major version (e.g. MIST 2.0) as a separate commercial product, but will endeavour to provide existing licensees with a discounted or free upgrade path where commercially feasible.

You may NOT: • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lend, rent, or otherwise transfer the Software or your license key to any third party • Share your license key or download link publicly or privately with others • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software itself • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Software • Use the Software to develop competing audio software products

For sound kit products (e.g. Lizzard Serum 2 preset banks): • All presets and sound content included with the Software are licensed for use in your own musical productions • You may use sounds from the kits in commercial releases without royalty • You may NOT resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw preset/sample files as a standalone product or as part of another sample pack

Due to the digital nature of the Software, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your license key or download link has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. By purchasing, you expressly acknowledge the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. LZI AUDIO does not warrant that the Software will be free from defects, operate without interruption, or be compatible with all host applications, operating systems, or hardware configurations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LZI AUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if LZI AUDIO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. LZI AUDIO's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically, without notice from LZI AUDIO, if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
