LZI AUDIO ("we", "us", "our") is a digital software and sound design studio based in Belgium. We operate the website lzift.xyz and sell digital products including audio software (VST/AU plug-ins) and sound kits. Contact: contact@lzift.xyz

We do not directly collect or store your personal payment information. All purchases are processed securely by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy (A Stripe company), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. When you make a purchase, Lemon Squeezy may collect: • Name and email address (for order confirmation and license delivery) • Billing address and payment card details (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy / Stripe) • IP address and device information (for fraud prevention) We receive only your order details (product purchased, amount paid, email address) necessary to fulfil your order and provide support.

We use your data solely to: • Fulfil and deliver your digital order • Send your license key and download link • Provide customer support • Comply with our legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data on the following bases: • Contractual necessity — to fulfil your purchase and deliver the product • Legal obligation — where required by Belgian or EU law • Legitimate interests — fraud prevention and security

Our website uses only essential functional cookies (e.g. shopping cart state stored in your browser's localStorage). We do not currently use third-party analytics tracking cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy and seek appropriate consent.

Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Belgian accounting law. If you request deletion of your data, we will erase all data that is not required to be retained by law within 30 days of your request.

All transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment data is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit card numbers or financial data on our servers.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data under their own privacy policies: • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and license delivery (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy) • Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
