By accessing lzift.xyz or purchasing any product from LZI AUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or purchase our products. LZI AUDIO is a digital software and sound design studio established in Belgium. Contact: contact@lzift.xyz

LZI AUDIO sells the following types of digital products: • Audio software (VST3 / AU plug-ins, e.g. MIST VST) • Sound kits and preset banks (e.g. Lizzard Serum 2) All products are digital goods delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our authorised payment processor. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. LZI AUDIO reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Upon successful payment, your download link and/or license key will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout, via Lemon Squeezy's automated delivery system. Delivery is typically instant. If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, contact us at contact@lzift.xyz with your order confirmation.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the download link or license key has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)). Exceptions may be considered solely at LZI AUDIO's discretion in cases of proven technical failure that cannot be resolved through support.

All software purchases from LZI AUDIO (e.g. MIST VST) include: • A lifetime, non-expiring personal license • All future version updates released under the same product line, free of charge Updates will be made available for download on lzift.xyz. When a new update is released, you can download and install it directly from our website — your existing license key will activate the updated version automatically. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or release a new major version as a separate paid product, but will honour existing license holders with a free upgrade path where commercially feasible.

Purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal and commercial music production. You may NOT: • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product files or license key • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software • Use the product to create competing or derivative software products • Transfer the license to another person or machine beyond the permitted installation count For full software license terms, see our EULA at lzift.xyz/eula.

All content on lzift.xyz — including but not limited to software, sound files, presets, graphics, text, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of LZI AUDIO and is protected by Belgian and international copyright law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. LZI AUDIO does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all host DAWs and operating systems. You use our products at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LZI AUDIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of lzift.xyz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

LZI AUDIO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to lzift.xyz/terms. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
